Now into it's 13th year, the Start-up @ Singapore event has attracted literally thousands of entrepreneur hopefuls over the years, creating a global platform for budding entrepreneurs to pit their wits against each other. With a track record of spawning numerous successful enterprises, this event was launched this year amidst much anticipation and excitement.

The SMBA directors were invited down as VIPs and we were indeed privileged to connect with the students and once again experience first-hand their enthusiasm and energy.

The highlight of the evening was the panel discussion where Guest of Honour Mr. Teo Ser Luck, Minister of State, Ministry of Trade and Industry, Mr Edward Chia, co-founder Timbre Group Pte Ltd and Mr. Karl Chong, Founder of Beeconomic touched on diverse business insights and also shared their own experiences with the audience in a very candid and heart-to-heart session.
